FOOD FACTORY ELECTRICIANS WHO GET THE RULES
If you’ve ever had a tradie show up to a food production site in dirty boots, you’ll know why this matters.
WHAT FOOD MANUFACTURERS ACTUALLY NEED FROM AN ELECTRICIAN
Food factories run on tight margins and tighter compliance. You can’t have an electrician showing up unprepared. We work to the standards food production sites need:
Food-safe practices. Clean tools, clean kit, clean work
Documented compliance. Paper trail for your auditor.
Out-of-hours installs. We work around production schedules, not against them.
Hygiene-aware processes. We know what stainless, food-grade, and IP-rated mean.
Master Electrician sign-off. Every job certified and warranty backed.

WHAT WE DO FOR FOOD PRODUCTION SITES:
PLANNED MAINTENANCE PROGRAMMES
Annual electrical maintenance contracts. Fault prevention, switchboard health checks, emergency lighting testing. Catches problems before they cost you a shift.
SWITCHBOARD UPGRADES & MODIFICATIONS
Old boards retired. New capacity added when your production grows. All compliant, all certified.
PRODUCTION LINE WIRING
New equipment installs, line extensions, machine rewires. Done in scheduled downtime so production stays running.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE
Phone rings, we answer. Auckland-wide, every day of the year.
COLD STORAGE & REFRIGERATION ELECTRICAL
Specialist work for chillers, freezers, and temperature-controlled environments.
frequently asked questions
How do you keep food production sites compliant during electrical work?
We work to your site’s HACCP and food safety procedures. Tools and PPE meet your hygiene requirements. Where needed, we schedule work for cleaning shifts or planned downtime, so production isn’t impacted.
What’s the difference between a site assessment and a factory walk-through?
A factory walk-through is more of a meet and greet for us and you, and for us to see if we can help or improve your business. A site assessment is a report that we prepare specifically for your business, looking more closely at how money spent on upgrading systems can benefit you in the short and long term.
Do you have experience with specific food manufacturing equipment?
Yes. Bakery, dairy, beverage, packing, and meat processing sites across Auckland. If your equipment is standard NZ industrial kit, we’ve probably wired it before.
Can you handle compliance documentation?
Standard part of every job. Certificate of compliance, electrical safety certificate, switchboard documentation. All filed, all yours.
